The Manor entrance hall offers two connected spaces, the first with a dining table and chairs to seat 12, a study area and the original staircase.
Twin doors from the South- facing courtyard garden access the double entrance halls.
The second hallway space has a dining table and benches to seat 10 and access to the living room and bedroom 6.

The Manor’s large kitchen provides space for breakfast for 12 and includes access to the rear terrace with seating area and washing line. We supply a generous welcome pack on arrival, including drinks, snacks and household products.
The large living room with comfortable seating area and Satellite UK TV/CD/DVD player is a great place to relax. We have a large selection of books, games, toys and DVDs to help keep everyone entertained.
The kitchen includes: a five gas burner hob, two electric ovens, a grill, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and a large range of cooking and dining equipment.

Bedroom 1 in the Manor has a zip and link bed (can be made as either a super king double or twin beds), with lovely views over the canal and meadows to the East.
Our stunning furnished balcony overlooking the canal and mill can be accessed from Bedroom 1.
Bedroom 1 is popular with brides and grooms, providing plenty of space for the bride and her maids to prepare for her big day.

Bedroom 2 has a zip and link bed (can be made as either a super king double or twin beds) and views over the courtyard to the South.
Bedroom 3 has a king size four poster bed and views over the courtyard to the South. A connecting door to Bedroom 4 provides a convenient option for parents with small children.

Bedroom 5 has a king size bed and balcony overlooking the rear terrace and gardens.
The spacious rear terrace has seating for 6 and a washing line, it is surrounded by colourful planting and being to the North of the house provides welcome shade on a hot day.
Bedroom 6 on the ground floor has a double bed, ensuite shower room (bathroom 3) and access to the rear terrace seating area. A useful option for those with mobility difficulties.

Bathroom 1 is a very large room with shower cubical, W/C, basin and separate bath. Bedrooms 1 & 2 and Bathroom 1 are off the same inner hallway on the first floor.
Bathroom 2 has a basin, W/C and shower cubical. It is located close to the doors for Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 on the first floor.
Bathroom 3 is on the ground floor and is ensuite to Bedroom 6. A second doorway onto the staircase enables this bathroom to be shared if desired.
